Human Health

As an undergraduate, I prepared for a career in medical illustration. After two years as an illustrator, I attended the Boston University program in Science Communication where I pursued graduate work in medical reporting with an internship as an editorial assistant at the New England Journal of Medicine.

With experience in both the medical device and software industries, I provide expert documentation and regulatory support for medical device or laboratory instrumentation projects from early approvals to final shipment. I have a proven record of delivering documentation that supports 510(k) applications, CLIA waivers, as well as applications for UL and CE certification. My experience in the device industry ensures that written materials are written for their audience and comply with regulatory requirements.

I provide non-regulatory writing about any health topic for non-specialist or non-technical audiences.
